A professor gave me a zero and one out of three points for my paragraph answers on a quiz because she said I did not answer the questions so I asked the tutor to take a look at my work to help me do better next time only to find that I had actually answered the questions and did a great job on both. so that really help me as my confidence was shattered by the professors comments which were one sentence and had no explaination of what was incorrect.
