I appreciate the clarity that the tutor was able to provide for me. I was slightly frustrated with the amount of time it took to demonstrate the citation formatting. For my learning style, I think it would have been appropriate to simply correct the reference I used and I would have been able to understand this in less time than 31 minutes.
