Career Experience
I'm a college professor/tutor by day and a writer by night. I love working with students on any stage of their writing projects and helping them understand how subjective literature truly can be. I've been teaching for the last two years and tutoring for the last five. It's been a joy to work with students to improve their skills. I love my job and find it very rewarding, and I'm excited to assist you in your journey!
I Love Tutoring Because
anyone can be a great writer--there's a formula to it. Working one on one with students and seeing them make that connection that they can be good at something is an unbelievably rewarding experience. I also believe that all writers, regardless of writing proficiency or background, deserve to have access to high-quality teaching and writing opportunities and individualized communication that works to strengthen their writing across the board through developing critical thinking skills and close reading across multiple genres. Comprehensive writing and critical thinking changes lives, and I am dedicated to helping instill a passion for reading and writing into every student whom I have the pleasure of teaching.
