I wish there was a way to have another tutor potentially join if a disconnection happens. In my case my laptop died and when I got it back up and running the tutor had left the chat but I couldn't figure out how to get a new tutor to finish helping with the question.

Need the option to extend beyond an hour. Sometimes it takes awhile to get set up (by that things like sending over what I have written, letting the tutor read the syllabus) and by the time we are really getting somewhere time is running out.
